Retractable shade products are warranted to the original purchaser for as long as they own the product, against defects in the materials and workmanship of the shade components. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair of components displaying defects. Labor charges may apply after one year from installation date. Warranty service done outside of the Portland metropolitan area may be subject to travel charges.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to fabrics that have been damaged due to abuse or negligence.

NW Retractable Screens & Shades liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product excluding freight, taxes. Nor cover any damages that may have occurred during un-certified installation and or removal of the product. Labor charges are not covered unless installed by one of our certified installers.
